We booked our BIG WDW holiday with Helen this year (got to say we have booked all our holidays with her for many years). She was fantastic bringing together all the elements we needed for family members at a really good price. She always show terrific patience answering the myriad of question I have as a nervous traveller.

Of course the holiday didn’t happen: the flights in March, were cancelled by Virgin with 3 days notice. It never crossed my mind there would be delays in getting our money back and there weren’t. Helen had our flight, hotel and car hire money back within a couple of weeks. No chasing up needed, she phoned and emailed to keep us informed of progress at every stage.

Would highly recommend, she isn’t just a ‘travel agent’, she gets to know exactly what would suit you.

aww thank you - that really does mean alot ... I know there were an awful lot of people left high and dry sorting out their own bookings - some still havent got monies back ! ..
