Help with Debenhams on-line order

I placed an on-line order with Debenhams before they went into administration.

The latest e-mail I had stated that the item was posted on the 30th November but I’ve still not received it.

When I follow the link for tracking, Hermes advise that they are waiting for my parcel so it hasn’t even left Debenhams yet.

I can’t seem to find anyway of contacting them to chase it.

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

I remember when I ordered something from Debenhams a few weeks ago it took ages to arrive. I think they said they were short staffed in the warehouse.

I placed an order on 2 December but haven’t had an email yet to say it’s left. It does say on their website that orders are taking longer

I’ve also tried to order something and use my £5 of beauty points and £16 reward voucher but it keeps saying I can’t do it as my voucher isn’t for the full amount - it does say it can be full or part payment 🤷
