What meal was served to you as a kid but you have never had it as an adult?

Beef dripping on crusty bread with salt on at my gran's, I loved it - can't imagine eating it now

I can’t think of anything I hated but I loved corned beef sandwiches and liver pate.
I wouldn’t touch either now.

My mum was a horsey type so quite honestly we rarely had nice home cooked food (not wishing to tar all horsey people with the same brush but they literally took over our lives!)
I therefore have a hatred for microwave meals as I ate a lot of them as a child!
We do of course eat some convenience food but hardly ever and I think that’s why.

Yuck! and my mum wonders why I’ve been a vegetarian for nearly 40yrs

Crabsticks. Yak. I can’t remember if I ever ate them but I remember my grandpa having them and the smell being awful.

Peas , hated them and my Mum served them up every blooming meal

Jelly and hot custard
Liver with mashed potatoes and turnip( together) vile
