Points Help needed

Hi

I just cancelled my May Reservation

. Thought there are just too many uncertain things going on at moment.

Anyway- the reservation used 120 Banked points. Now I have a reservation in October as well - same use year, is there a way for MS to put the banked points into that reservation? I cant amend the booking as everything is sold out online so def dont want to risk cancelling and rebooking.

Anyone know is MS can help, or am I going to have to use/rent these points by next april.

Managed to find a way- basically I amended the booking and used same dates and room type, it reallocated the banked points into my October booking, so I now have 31 banked points left, bit better than the 120 I had before

Yes just amend it for the same reservation then it always takes banked first. Did exactly the same thing myself with my cancelled Grand Flo reservation at Easter.
