Vista Cay International drive

Hi Guys, we a re going here in october (2 weeks! ) and i was wondering if anyone has been and would share their tips/ preferences of what may be worth asking for location wise.
We have booked a 3 bed premium condo, non lake view. Im slightly worried by some of the mixed reviews on trip advisor, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
for your info we are a family of 5 with three kids aged from 6 to 12

Thanks guys.

Stayed there in April for the first time. We did a private rental so knew the apartment. Very good location. Fab having publix within easy walking distance. Well kept site with a good pool area. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed years ago , nice clean resort , great location for universal , quite expensive compared to other resorts , free golf club hire when staying here for shingle creek golf, which is across the road

Have stayed there 4 times and booked another stay - wouldn't stay anywhere else. Really recommend NYPD pizza beside Publix either sit in or takeaway (they deliver too) very good.

We stayed in a 3 bed premium condo in May, booked through Thomsons. I think it was block 5012, apartment 406. We did have a lake view which was lovely. Whole complex seemed very clean and well looked after. Rooms were big with high ceilings. Ensuite bathroom was massive! We could easily walk to Walgreens but used the car to go to Publix and NYPD (try the garlic knots!). We didn't try Beth's Burger Bar but that is supposed to be good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to stay here again ... in fact, I feel a bit jealous! Hope you enjoy your stay.

Hi, thanks guys, thats gave me a bit of confidence, we booked ours direct with millenium management, so hoping all will be well. seems there is a quite a bit of size difference between the delux and premium condos, hopefully we will be more than happy, i will get some pics and report back after the hol with a bit of a review.

We stayed there 4 times ( all different condos ) in the last 7 years and absolutely love it but prices are getting really high for next year so for a change we are doing Windsor Hills in Kissimmee instead.

You will have a great time there and if you have a spare half-day then I can thoroughly recommend the cinema at Pointe Orlando as that has full length electric recliner leather seats and blows most uk cinemas out of the water and a damn site cheaper too.

Thanks guys.

Hiya stayed there in 2015 3 bed condo. Was very clean with 3 big bedrooms couple of good size bathrooms, good kitchen and lounge/dinning area.

Pay extra for pool or lake view we were the end nearest the little gate that lets you out directly across the road to publix. We overlooked the car park and it was fine great view for the evening thunderstorms! We ate quite a lot at NYPD pizza place, was great there's always the subway to for a quick bite to take back.

This year we're going to the avanti as want to be about closer to other food places etc without having to drive. Will miss the space of the 3 bed though.

What time of year are you going, we went in august and the pool was open really late and it was literally like getting into a bath, spent quite a few nights in there relaxing after a day at the parks just floating and chatting, you will love it.
