Resturantosaurus - Sundaes and Burgers
We are thinking of booking this for our trip in April/May but I'm reading conflicting information on whether the dining plan is accepted.
WDW website says plan not accepted Touring plans says its a table service credit Some other websites and some posts on here say its counter service I understand they were running this as temporary introduction to a new style of dining so not sure if this has now ended? Has anyone else booked it under the impression it's a counter service? Thanks |

We did this our last trip in Oct / Nov, its 1 QS as posted above.
Just to clarify too that although they don't advertise it on the menu where it says you get a burger, sundae and non-alcoholic beverage if you are on the dining plan your drink CAN be alcoholic as its part of the credit value rather than the offer. Gold margarita went down quite well with my sunny side up burger Would definitely recommend it my youngest DS though the colouring on the table was amazing.

Amazing thank you both for your swift replies.
Sounds like a great experience then for a QS credit and nice tip for the alcoholic beverage |

It was a QS credit but like you I’ve read some conflicting reports due to changes on the Disney site. Initially it said for 2020 that it was TS and now says no dining plan accepted. We’ll need to wait until someone has done it in 2020 and reports back.

It currently is showing as not on the dining plan but I believe that is a temporary thing whilst they adjust to 2020.
It was a QS credit in 2019, but it appeared to deliberately change to a TS credit for 2020 bookings (see photo). I have a 2020 booking and the confirmation very clearly states it is TS, so that is what I am assuming. |

Even Disney's own website seems confused. Near the top it says "Dining Plans Not Accepted" whereas further down in the details it says that dining plans are accepted:
(not sure whether you can read the above image) Anyway, as Claudette says, I'd read somewhere that now only TS credits could be used, not QS credits. Which is a pity.
