Change to HS Fastpass Tiers

Hey everybody. I know this has been addressed a few times already however I�ve read conflicting information. I have allocated 2 of my trip days to HS, made dining reservations at SciFi Diner & Mama Melrose (fantasmic package) and have booked & paid for the Star Wars dessert party. So I�m a little stressed that I am potentially going to be struggling to get fast passes for some rides that would previously have been tier 2! Somebody on here mentioned that this change was already in place whereas on another site I read that it was starting as of 29th August when Galaxy�s Edge opens (which seems to make more sense). Can anybody clarify this? I don�t have access to it all until next month so can�t check myself

Going by the FastPass+ Availability they change on August 29th.
