Peaky Blinders
Went to a Peaky Blinders night last night was excellent, a week before dh and I thought we'd try watching an episode as never seen it... haven't stopped watching it since, hooked!

It's v good. A lot of it filmed in Leeds and some of the London scenes filmed in Bolton of all places.

Interesting fact- John 'Goldfinger' Palmer- one of Britains richest gangsters and timeshare con man, alleged associate of Kenneth Noye, worth at one time over £300m, assasinated a few years back- his father was a real life Peaky Blinder. Highly recommend the book Killing Goldfinger- quite unbelievable story if you like true crime books.
