Has Oswald ever been there?
I see he’s at Disneyland and often wondered if he’s ever been in WDW would love to meet him

As you say he does meet and greets on Buena Vista Street in Disney's California Adventute in Anaheim. He also appears at Tokyo Disneyland. Regrettably, no appearances at WDW.

Oswald must be at WDW occasionally as I saw him at mile 23 of the WDW marathon in January! I assume that means on special occasions you may be lucky and see him.
