Dining Credits

Hi

Now i am thinking of booking it with DDP so...

the credit situation if i go for quick service dining plan, would i get 40 credits? as i would be going for 10 nights? or would it be put as 20 food credits and 20 snack credits?

how does it work?

if i have any left on the day i am leaving can i use them on the day i check out or the day before?

Hi,

Quick Service allows each person per day;

2 x Quick Service Meal credits
2 x Snack credits

And they will be split by type as the above.

So for 10 days you get
- 20 QS
- 20 Snacks

Any unused credits can be used on check out day and will only expire at midnight.

Just to make it more complicated, would my account show my DDs credits as we are linked on MDE? Or would we scan our individual bands for each meal?
E.g We are staying 11 nights on ddp so will mine show 11 ts, 11 qs and 22 snacks and my DDs the same or will mine show 22 ts, 22 qs and 44 snacks?

Understood what you mean

As long as you are staying in the same room - both of your credit allowances will be available on both magic bands (you won't both have to go up & order/pay).

So on your My Disney account there would be 22 ts, 22 qs & 44 sc available for both of you to spend as & when you wish.

For an extreme example, your daughter could use all 22 TS credits in the first day if she wanted to.

Basically the bands are not loaded with anything - they are linked to the one MDE account & everything is added onto there.

Thanks that makes it clear. I must make sure she doesn't use all our snack credits at the food and drink festival then 😀

Ok perfect that sounds much simpler now, so complicated :-) I'm now looking at some good restaurants or self service places for me to eat when there :-) x
