Maximizing FastPass+
Good afternoon Dibbers
We are going to be a family of three, 2 Adults, 1 Child (3 years old). Has anyone got any tips/tricks on how to capitalize on this for rides that child won't ride on? Example: Get one FP for a thrill ride, and then child swap/rider switch? So technically only one FP used? Thanks in advance

Maui, the one you mention is one of the best. The other way to get the most is to swap them around whilst in the park and remember that as soon as you tap in for one , check to see if you can pull the next one forwards or book additional once you have used 3.

Do I understand right, that because you can have the option to child swap you only want to use 1 fastpass for 2 to ride.
That is outrageous and I hope is not allowed, two of you are riding therefore both of you should need a fastpass. Why should you taking advantage of the childswap option (which I wholly agree with) give you better to access to fastpasses than those who dont child swap?

Its the person who's checking the fast passes who issues a child swap card so I don't think you'd be able to utilise both for one ride.

Your best bet is to book only 1 FP for each ride that offers rider swap. You can then ask the CM at the ride entrance to add the rider swap pass (basically a FP) to the other adults magic band/ticket so they can use it once the first adult has finished the ride.
This way you can effectively get 6 FP’s - 3 per adult. It’s a great way to beat the tier system in places like toy story land and pandora as you can book 2 tier one FPs |
