Bear in mind that at the moment booking through Disney will be giving you 1 qs credit a day (free breakfast) which booking.com won't be.

You can book only accommodation and dpp without buying tickets. It has to be done via US Disney via the phone. It's not available online. Just tell them you want a ticketless package.

Q. Are Disney Dining plans available separately from vacation packages?
A. No. Disney Dining plans are only available as part of Magic Your way vacation packages-which also include Resort Hotel stay & theme park tickets. There isn't a lot of info about "The Ticketless package" & what there is is a bit out of date, it was originally a trial in 2014 but there are rules, one of which is that you must have paid full "rack rate" for your room.
