Hello and welcome, don't worry there's lots of places to eat at Universals Citywalk and plenty in the parks (Leaky Cauldron Hog’s Head pub & Three Broomsticks in WWOHP)

also plenty of cheaper places outside of the parks.

3 days is plenty and you can do all three parks, I recommend doing Universal Studios on your first day, Volcano Bay on the second (its a nice relaxing day in the water park) and Island of Adventure on the third

Universal Studios is smaller than Island of Adventure and will help you to get accustom to the park without being overwhelmed. Universal Studios has a new projection show on the lake Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration™ which is a nice way to end the day.

You can relax more at Volcano Bay on the second, taking it easy on the lazy rivers or fun on the slides. Either way it can be a lot slower pace than the parks and helps recharge the batteries. You can either go back to the parks in the evening if you wanted.

On the last day I'd go to Island of Adventure, as I said before its bigger and there's more to do, but if you had half a day at the water park and went to this in the evening you could get a few things done. As your daughter is a potter fan, end the last day with the firework show at Hogwarts (The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts™ Castle).

Its your choice how you do the parks, there's not really a right way, just what suits you and practical for your family. Above is just my suggestion, what rides, entertainment and food is really down to your tastes. there's something for everyone, so don't worry you'll have a magical time what ever you choose.

to help you plan, you can find park maps and entertainment times on Universals site
