I did the same and got $55 each plus tax refunded in June. We never go in the height of summer or Xmas so the seasonal was fine for us👍

Yes you can.

Ok another question 😁
We will be buying 3 x 3 Park 14 day tickets for myself and my 2 children. My DH is joining us later in our holiday and we will buy him the same tickets as it still looks like this is cheaper than getting a 2 day park hopper ticket in the US. So can I use DH’s ticket to upgrade to a 2 park annual pass and use that to get the free parking and merch discount but also use my own 3 park ticket to go to Volcano Bay. When DH joins us we will only be going to US and IOA.

Do you have to use your fingerprint or anything with the 14 day tickets?

You do use a fingerprint with 14 day ticket.

A few years ago DH had the dearer annual pass with free parking and me and DD the cheapest. For parking DH needed to show his annual pass and driving licence to get the free parking (so i couldn't have used it with out him) BUT in restaurants they were happy just to see the pass with no ID, I know I showed his once when he wasn't with me.

Darn! I was hoping to be able to play the system as such!

Ok all we are going next October and will spend a fair bit of our time at universal. We have 3 park tickets but not fussed about VB . Would it be worth upgrading just my ticket toan annual pass? And if so what are the benefits ?

Parking alone is $22, it cost us $45 to upgrade to a preferred pass (free parking) so after 2 trips it’s paid for itself, you also get 10% discount in stores and restaurants

I don't think there's anything wrong, as such.

It's just that the 2-Park Seasonal pass is currently cheaper than the "official" price of the 14-day ticket. So anyone visiting outside of the block-out dates and not wanting to visit Volcano Bay would probably be better off buying the Seasonal pass instead of a 14 day ticket.

It would start from the date you 1st used the pass, so in your case the 23rd.
