We are staying 3 weeks this year. We have 21 day Disney ultimates, 2 week universal 2 park tickets and discovery cove ultimates with Busch gardens. We wanted the flexibility and this worked for us. Will probably add a day at kennedy too.

We usually get the 2 week disney and 2 week flexi ticket. But this time around to cut costs we'll be buying the 2 park universal ticket rather than the flexi. We like busch gardens but the £80/£90 saving is too big to ignore! As for Sea World, the last time we visited we felt it had gone down hill drastically so not much to miss for us there.

It is our first time this year and we have the Disney 14 day ultimate tickets that came with our Disney hotel booking and the 14 day 2 park Universal tickets. We had considered the KSC but we decided that we just wanted to make the most of our time at Disney and plan to do a couple of days at Universal. We have already talked about going back again and doing the parks that we missed this time. I hate to feel rushed and pressured into getting everything done.

We prefer Disney, so either get 14 day Ultimate or 10 day base tickets.

Then we will add on a day at Universal or SeaWorld about half the time.

Usually just get Disney tickets either ultimates or APs. Occasionally get Discovery Cove/SeaWorld and Universal tickets. Only once been to Bush Gardens once and got in free then. Other parks we don't bother with.

We select, as we like to enjoy the place and not just the parks so don't want to be in parks every day, need some rest days, days to the coast. To state parks, to see some of the country! And a villa with our own pool to enjoy is a special part of the holiday! Mixed with some onsite stays too though! If we bought the all singing all dancing ticket we would feel obliged to use it a lot more to justify the cost!

When the kids were younger the flexibility of unlimited tickets for all parks was great as it was less stressful knowing that we could come and go depending on how they were feeling. As they have got older, we don't need the flexibility as much. Last time I bought all parks including Discovery Cove, but only 6 day Disney base tickets rather than 14 day unlimited. I saved quite a bit buying base tickets and didn't feel like we missed out or were restricted (we were staying on site too). However for Universal, I have not found the price difference between unlimited vs day tickets as significant.

We are still debating what to do about tickets this year. DH and DS have said they are not fussed at all about Disney (heretics) so we may just get unlimited 14 day Universal and 1 day at MK for a quick Mickey fix. Seaworld is also being discussed - the boys are keen, DD and me not so much.
