So we have just booked Iona for the 18th today... but have mistakenly got my wife's D.O.B wrong left it on 1961 instead of changing it to 1960... tried to ring up but "not taking calls at this time" 10-30am? tried to email them BUT took ages to submit as kept saying "wrong sail date"... eventually realised this was optional but was only trying to give them as much info as possible! ...

anyway tried messenger on FB but looks like that is a no no reading the posts on P&O FB page right back to 1st August lol..

so will it make a difference at checking in as rest of documents is fine...will they just check Passport for issue & expire date..lol

must say I hope the Cruise is better than their I.T. and Customer Service as early impressions are not good...

I believe if you ring just as they open and opt to book a new cruise you have a better chance of getting through. I gave up myself, I didn’t even get in a queue I was just was told they were too busy ! It saved me a bit of cash because I wanted to book a few extras on board. How much money are they missing out on by not answering the darn phone !

Thanks will try every morning next few weeks

Ship looks amazing and chose this instead of Princess have now managed to email them but not holding my breath for a reply I guess they can change date of birth at check-in if its an issue rest is fine Fully Vaccinated got necessary INS... busy doing as much online check-in as I can

It worked! I pressed option 1 for new booking but technically it was a new booking by me
