Help needed

Hi everyone,
My head is spinning. My dh starts chemo friday next week. We've been given the go ahead to go away for a few days, so Benidorm here we come.
These tests and paperwork doing my head in.
What do I need to do, we are all fully vaccinated. When do we need to order pcr test and do locator forms, also do we need to fill anything in for arrival in Spain.
Any help would be appreciated. 😊

You need to fill in the Spanish Health form within 48 hours of arriving in Spain & have proof of your vaccinations.
On returning to the UK you need to fill in the Passenger Locator form and order a day 2 pcr test.

Right, I've done the online spanish form, so do I just apply for day 2 pcr online 2 days before I leave Spain?

I'd do maybe 3 or 4 days before you leave. You need a code to go on the passenger locator form to come home.
