Driving to Busch Gardens from Disney
Evening everyone,
Can anyone tell me about the following regarding getting from Disney to Busch Gardens. 1. Am I right in thinking that they are not running the free shuttle bus at the moment? 2 If no buses then how long to get there? (Roughly - I would be driving alone as a solo female traveller!) 3 Are there any toll roads I will have to pay for? 4 Is it easy to find? (well signposted?) I have made my reservations to visit the park so now I just need to get there! Thank you

1) Disney offer no transport to any other attraction
2) It’s 1 hour at peak time 3) No toll road 4) Fairly easy but I have always had my wife directing me! Not sure I would risk the journey on my own without Sat Nav |

It’s a really easy drive. You can follow Google maps. American Signage is good. Take I4W to Tampa. Exit 9 for the I75N to Ocala, then local roads. When you’re returning, just be aware that traffic, especially the I75 can be very busy during rush hours. Can double travel time. We either leave early ( by 4pm ) or go local shopping (Malls, Tampa premium outlets etc). If there’s any diversions etc you just need to follow signs for the I4E

We have booked for BG in September and originally booked the free bus from Seaworld some months ago before lockdown. I contacted Mears Transport this week and they said the bus is not running at the moment but to check near the date to see if they have resumed.
