Tokyo is pretty easy to get around if you’re happy to use the subway. We’ve stayed in 5 different places in Tokyo and could access most parts of the city easily from each.

We ended up doing 3 nights here when at Disney on our last trip - it was more budget than we normally do these days (I’ve got snobby in my old age) but it was clean and tidy, with pleasant English-speaking staff and an ok breakfast included. Think Travelodge.

It’s easily walkable to Disney/the subway station (one busy road to cross) but they did have a shuttle (we never used it). They were able to receive and arrange luggage forwarding for us as well.

Edit it helps if I add the link!

We went in July before the local children broke up. Crowds were good, rides perfectly manageable. Weather was hot though, Disney 26c+ and Kyoto 30+. This wasn't an issue.

We arrived at 9am in Narita and was in the park for 1pm. We napped at 4pm for a few hours and went back into park till closing. Got food late in the evening from ikspiari without issue. We stopped onsite at the Okura bay. We had 4 days and it was just right.
