I’m due to pay my balance in 3 days and BC is closed but I still haven’t had a phone call to say which hotel we would be moved to.
Between that, our AMI villa being cancelled and my flight down to London being cancelled we’ve called it a day and have booked a villa in Croatia today but out of curiosity (and to torment myself further) I wanted to know where they were going to move us.

I saw someone who was booked with Virgin in October 2020 and they have been moved from All Star Sports to Pop Century, not sure why Disney aren't dealing with people who have booked direct first but they seem to be shuffling UK people around now

I sent an email to someone fron Disney yesterday and got a phone call straight away. I was due to pay tomorrow and she still couldn’t tell me where I was going to be put but said I could hold off paying until I found out. I just cancelled as it’s ridiculous now, I think that’s what they were hoping to be honest as I’d hardly finished my sentence and she’d done it!

This is how I feel too I fired off an email to Disney Travel guest relations this morning just expressing how shocking the communication has been. 10-15 working days response time apparently...

I'm a little concerned that none of us have been contacted about moving resorts, considering they're opening 2020 hotel and ticket bookings today in the US today!

Just get that impression they know that there is an exceptionally low chance of us being able to get into the US to go on our holidays so would rather make sure they fill all the rooms with US guests than give us a room knowing there is a good chance we are going to cancel anyway... Still shocking imo.

Yes definitely that I think,we still have a booking for August 20th,obviously wont be going ahead but they havent been in contact.
