I'm a sucker for mid 90s - mid 00s US sitcoms. Friends, Frasier, Will & Grace, How I Met Your Mother, Scrubs, etc. Brilliant to pop on when I want to zone out for 20 minutes.

I can’t believe I think I might be the only person so say Game of Thrones. Only till season 7 though, I pretend it ends on a huge cliffhanger.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Breaking Bad ! For me, the greatest TV ever made - the development of Walter White over the series by Bryan Cranston is absolutely brilliant, no wonder he (and many of the brilliant supporting cast) won so many awards. Remember being totally gutted after watching the final episode that that was it, all done. Must have watched it all over again at least 4 times since (sad I know).
Nods also to: Better Call Saul (obviously after the above). Arrested Development. Parks & Recreation (Chris Pratt is brilliant). The Wire. Several others but these would be my box sets of choice on a desert island - with power and means of playing obviously 😉. |

We have been watching Lost, the boys haven't seen it before but we are season 4 now though so we are starting to loose interest.

My all time favourite comedy series is Frasier, I am currently rewatching every episode.
Other favourites are House, NCIS and Death in Paradise. |
