For me it was a song I head on a old 78 byThe Beverley Sisters - 1957 song it's a legal its amoral or makes you fat It was in a junk shop our turn tabled played both 33 and 78s I was about 9 years old I will add I was not born until 1964

First album was The Beatles: Abbey Road the week it was released.

The first single was The Equals: Baby Come Back. Eddy Grant was a founding member.

Look how ancient this looks now, it all went so quickly ... I had forgotten Simon Dee used to present Top of the Pops. Used to love The Simon Dee Show on Saturday nights ... My friend and I used to talk about it on the school bus on Monday morning. Try telling us then about Smart Phones and texting!

It was David Bowie Space Odyssey, my cousin got it for me second hand I think off a market in Derby around 1977 and I still have it😁
