Anyone have a contact at Jet2
We are supposed to go to Turkey 18th May (very unlikely to happen)
Currently Jet2 have cancelled flights until 30th April
Hoping they extend this soon so we can claim money back

My daughter managed to cancel her holiday using the online chat last night, so maybe worth giving that a try as she only had to wait 20 minutes to chat to someone.

We're not due to go to Crete with them till June, I was living in hope of getting to go, but guess it's now going the same way as our Orlando holiday. I'm more gutted about losing this one than Florida 😕

Jet2 will get to you at some point, they have added extra people to the pre-travel department to help out. As you can expect they are contacting people in date order with those going soon being contacted first so there are plenty of other people to contact first. Current plans are that flights will be grounded for 4 weeks. You may find that come May the flight will be operating again.

Website says they plan to start flights again 1st May
Can’t realistically see that happening
Turkey has stopped all flights from UK currently
Cannot see things improving until late in year

I did say currently that is the plan.. but we all know things can change rapidly.
Jet2 has to have a plan to restart flying and currently that is 1st May, whether that moves at a later date nobody knows..
