We certainly did have him done. I'm not sure he looked that happy at the time though. Is that Eric as a youngster?

Lol ! Eric had a lamp shade thingy which he soon pulled off. Little devil 😂😂

I still miss him & his silly ways - 7 months on 😢. I might possibly look at kittens later this year 🥰

Yes my lovely Sammy died 26 years ago in April and I still miss him. He used to sit on my shoulder and go to sleep whilst I walked about the house doing my chores. Having a new kitten really helps though.

Thanks, I’m in mixed minds but I think I’ll be ok by kitten season, early summer.

Hi Linda, I so understand, lost my 19 year old Amber mitten in Nov 2018, a week afore we left the UK for the winter, and I still miss her so very much. The loss was profound and is still raw 17 months on, I had no idea they had such a hold. My mother, who Amber loved to stay with over the winter, was so disappointed. With Amber in my thoughts I now understand when people say you can't understand the loss of a pet until you've experienced it.

Hubs packed up everything Amber related when we got back from the vets and the following morning we took it all to our village cattery. I do appreciate they're desperate for homes for their kittens and mittens but I was shocked how they tried to get me to take a cat that day. We've decided no more animals... well, that may be reconsidered once we stop travelling.
