Mobile Yay - loving laundry now.

A really positive upside of the current position for me is that the household laundry seems to have cut at least in half. No school uniform, no sports gear, no grungy unexpected stuff found at the bottom of sports/school bags.

Plus the sun is shining, lovely breeze blowing. Will have knocked the last of it out in three loads and it will smell fantastic and fresh.

And no school/work shirts means waaay less ironing. Can only be a good thing. 😂

Anbody else noticing the difference ?

Only us 2 and the last time I wore any sports/gym clothes would have been 50+ years ago.

However with the dry and blowy weather we have 3 loads of 60 degree whites going on today.

I'm going to wash and polish the car.

Oh yes, I was celebrating the loss of shirts to iron this weekend!

Yes I've noticed the same 😊

Usually my washing pile is the size of Everest 😳 it's really strange only having a few bits in the basket daily.

We didn’t bring our whirlybird with us and house we moved to hasn’t got a washing line😭 so having to use the drier and airer as no way it is essential shopping. If this continues over the summer then will try to get something sorted!
