Question disney plus renewal problem

I had and annual subscription for disney plus that was due to renew today (set up on paypal) and as a renewal I would be paying the old price. I just got an email to say my subscription has been cancelled and I now have to renew which means I have to pay the new higher price
any one know if there is anyway to contact them to find out why?

I am on the phone with the same problem! The live chat isn’t to a real person and the phones seen to be very very busy!

Edited as I have found a way to get into live chat with a person but the queue time is currently 80 minutes and I am still in hold on the call so I am assuming it’s the same for it. Will let you know if I get an answer

It’s saying my credit card failed- I put it in again, twice, and it’s going through as they are taking 1 pence each time from my Amex but still says it’s failed. It hasn’t.

Do you have a linked card to your Paypal and has it expired or something?

Mine went through OK this morning at £59.99 on Paypal

I have a card set up on paypal and other payments went out today so not sure what is going on though it seems I'm not the only one having issues so maybe its a technical issue their end?

how do you get the option to change payment details on the current plan - the only page I can get up its to renew at the higher price
