The new ride in EPCOT Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will open on 1st October 2021 - part of the 50th birthday celebrations.

DD and I are so excited for this and now we have changed our dates for the 3rd time March 2022 is a guarantee we can get on this ride

That’s later than expected. I thought it was almost done so expected it to open by the summer.

I wonder whether they are delaying it so that they have something new to open on the 50th anniversary?

I think it is definitely a case of delaying to have something new for the 50th because they won't manage to get anything else ready in time.
