1st vacine today and booked flights

Had my first vacine today and wife has hers on Friday. This has given us some hope of brighter things so have just booked flights.
Man to mco 12th Sept
Mco to lhr 27th Sept
Economy classic both ways with companion reward and 25000 miles
Worked out at £485 for the 2 of us.

We can move or cancel the flights at no charge so nothing lost there.

Will book cabana Bay with £15 deposit

We have universal annual pass and will decide if we go to disney at a later date but have a £50 deposit saved with attraction tickets from before

Did you already have a September holiday booked, or did I imagine it? I’m sure you were booking stuff at the same time as me and gave me some helpful hints at rooms at cabana bay?

Either way, glad you’re booked up now and vaccinated, happy planning!

Thanks for your good wishes. We were indeed booked for Sept but cancelled due to worries about travelling.

We got to thinking well why not have a booking in place. We can cancel or move the hotel/ flights to another time if needed.

We were going to go once u/c but decided we would rather fly twice in economy classic for less money and make use of our 7 months AP at universal

Will probably book cabana Bay with virgin holidays as it includes free parking for the duration should we choose to hire a car.

Virgin holidays said we can move a hotel only booking for free if need be or if they cancel the booking they wood refund us
