Disney Waterparks

We haven't been to Disney water parks in many years; do you have to pay for the lockers when you're staying onsite? And if you pay for them, do you get the money back when you get your stuff back?

Thanks

9 days to go!

I think we paid about $10 for a small locker last week. You don't get the money back.

You have to pay for the lockers. Small ones are $10 and larger ones are $15. You don’t get your money back. You can pay with cash or card at the machines.

Small lockers are 11″ x 9″ x 16″ - it's a real challenge cramming clothes for family of four!

Small locker fits a reasonably sized rucksack. We put valuables and clothes in the locker. Towels (which resort guests can pick up for free) and other bits like drinks, suncream etc we just left on a sunbed.

Shoes - we had worn watershoes so no shoes to go in the locker or be left by the sunbed.

But if you have a lot of stuff then go for the $15 locker.

We bought a small portable safe and attached it to the sun lounger and left money/phones in it- everything else we just left out- would rather spend money on this and re use it than a locker

Buy a pacsafe travel safe tote bag. I use it all the time at waterpark's, on cruises, by the pool etc. Quite expensive at £70 ish from memory but I've never paid for a locker at a waterpark etc since and it's paid for itself many times over- but I go on 4 holidays a year. It's also great to have peace of mind by the hotel pool etc.
