Agreed, we highlighted that there were lots of villa related problems going on to Watchdog and pointed them in the direction of Dibb but didn't go not detail sadly as there's a far bigger story here...

Well, a very nice cheque arrived today from VH. I suggest you complain hard with Virgin if you've suffered with these villa problems.

We've also offered (and they've agreed) for us to work with them to highlight how the should deal with problems in the future. It's not rocket science but they do seem to be willing to learn from it...

I am so sorry that this has happened. I hope that you get reimbursed what you deserve because the customer is what is important and you shouldn't settle for "tough luck" because it is your holiday! Make sure you are really stern with Virgin and Imagine to make sure you get what you put in because it's so unfair!
