I have also booked with Peter for 2020. I had been researching for weeks and jotting down all of the prices for if I booked DIY and his price undercut what I found by about £400 (including the cashback I would have gotten!)

He has been absolutely brilliant - poor guy must be exhausted he was working crazy hours when I spoke to him!

I also booked with a lady called Kate a couple of years ago who was fab. We got caught up in the very initial Caribbean Beach stuff and she was on the ball and sorted a move for us really quickly - before any of the other agents (i.e. Virgin & Thomas Cook) had even acknowledged to their customers that there was an issue.

I have always used Aidan too. Although I must bother the life out of him, he is always really friendly and helpful. On the morning of the free dining release he even emailed me at 6:30am to let me know my first choice was not available so I could make another choice!

I booked with them for the first time for Dec this year through Leah who got me a great deal and was sooo helpful and considerate - best customer service I've ever had! I've had a few queries answered by Kate really efficiently too. I can't fault them and will be booking with them all of the time from now on! It makes such a difference knowing you have someone making sure every aspect of your holiday is the best it can possibly be!

We have booked with charter (literally in the last 5min!) And would never go else where without trying them 1st ever again!

Peter was way beyond anything any other company could offer (virgin, kenwood, pillinger, ocean Florida, my magic hol) even taking cash back into consideration.

Very knowledgable! Very genuine and great communication (unsociable hours! Poor guy never gets a break!)

Definitely give him an email (peter@chartertravel.co uk) if looking for quotes...he was even honest enough to say secure this part now then we will look for flights later... fab individual service!
