51 is no age! My dad was nearly 63 when he had his first one.
As above make sure you've had plenty to eat and drink and take something with you like sweets or a sugary drink!

It puts stress on your body and your blood sugar could drop as a result - that’s what tends to make people wobbly apparently. They advised me to have a sugary drink & a snack with me.
