Sadly it's not a ride, just a water play area.

Still, it's better than nothing and Moana was a great film.

I think it's more than a splash pad. A bit more like the mountain at volcano bay the Dis described it as. With interactive elements.

Love Moana, when I first heard it sounded like it may have been replacing living with the land, glad it isn't 😅

Well, ok. Maybe more like the magic fountain at IOA. In the concept art for Epcot there doesn't appear to be a mountain. Perhaps a small hill?

(Knowing Disney, I'm sure it'll be more than just a splash pad area and will be well themed. IOA has interactive water play areas so I assumed it would be similar to those but Moana themed).

I think what they meant were caves with that talking tiki head thing underneath the volcano not actually the volcano.
