Rack of Ribs

Would love some advice - have ordered ribs at both Sizzlers and Lone Star before - love the sauce but found the ribs themselves to be very fatty.

Is this normal? Let's say I went to Tony Roma's & ordered ribs - would they be the same, or is it a quality issue?

Weve had ribs at Tony Romas and they werent fatty, in fact the meat almost fell off the rib yuuuummmmmmmyyyyyy

I don't normally like ribs - as you say too gristly and no meat?
Went to Tony Romas last year and had the sampler - three different types of sauce - absolutely wonderful. No fat at all and I thought that Tony's original sauce was the yummiest.

DH loves the ones at planet hollywood. They messed his order up one year and he ended up with two lots.

I have to echo the others really - the ribs at Tony Romas are excellent. Really full flavoured and fall right off the bone. Second best IMHO would have to be Rainforest Cafe - they do amazing ribs as well.

Some ribs are much nicer than others, I can recommend ribs at Rainforest Cafe, Tony Roma's and Sci-Fi where the sauce is Coca-cola based and delicious. No fatty ribs at any of these.

No Fat on the ribs at Outback. Or Nascar in CityWalk as I remember.
