I think they're both pretty much of a muchness to be honest. Both quieter than sitting out in the terminal which is lovely!

We have used both, agree with Bats not much difference .
Also used my lounge in May, got half price with tastecard and enjoyed that one too.

have used all the lounges and all have their good and bad bits.
Aspire is very much a "business lounge" with naff food but pour-you-own drinks. Fine if you just want a quieter seat with peanuts and a G&T.
No.1 is a bit more expensive, but does have more for kids to do, nicer loos, chairs and hot food selection (to order). Alcohol only from the bar (mainly included apart from premium champagne etc), but cold food and soft drinks all self-service and generally the selection is ok. Usually a couple of good magazines to "borrow" for the flight.
MyLounge is a mid-point- owned by No.1 it feels more like a smart Starbucks, but the food is OK and the drinks are serve-yourself, including booze. It even has recipes for cocktails on the wall to help any budding Tom Cruise's out.
I would personally book MyLounge - I think it probably offers the best value for money.

We have it as part of our bank perk. Which one would you choose if you didn’t have to pay 😜

Depends, if flying from the South then my lounge as it has an outdoor terrace , not huge but nice to get a bit of air before a long flight, no 1 has better food though.
