Just popped on quickly before i log off for the night. Ive just done something very foolish, i exercised and now my chest is very tight, very silly of me. My throat is killing now. Silly Kelly. :-(

Rach - great news about the jewellery! I love it when things match so well. Cripes i cant believe Jacob is 1 so soon! Still as hard as it is to see them grow up at least youve had a really great first year with him and hes growing up into a happy healthy little biy now and youve got you figure back! Id say that was a great year all round. Lol, aww Rach, i wish i looked a size 8! I can assure you i look bigger than i weigh sadly. :-( Wow! Hen do on a barge! Thats proper cool! I agree with Liz, dont have any of them in will you?! Lol. Still, at least they can be sick over the side if need be! Note to self: stop talking about sick so much! Lol.

Liz - aww bless you with your little wings and bee costume, hilarious! Theres time to lose anything you gain so dont worry too much, hope you have a terrific time! Make sure you line your tummy with some carbs before you go - wont be a pretty sight other wise! Goodness me, i DO talk about sick far too much!
It was a lovely wedding, she looked lovely and i think she makes a perfect princess. I thought it was so cute when he said to her ''you look beautiful'' and then said to her dad ''it was supposed to be a small family affair this'' and laughed. Love it. :-)

i think your dress is probably a similar size to mine from what youve said, 28inch top but bigger on the bottom, trouble i had was i lost too much and it was a close shave but i was dieting for a lot longer than you, what youve achieved in the time you have is amazing. Have a wonderful weekend hun. Xx

Kim - hehe, i do the same to Alex and ill say to him stuff like ''Kim's been cooking with oat bran'' (said that to him today) or he'll say to me ''how did Liz's fitting go'' ive already told him at some point we will meet up, we have to really as we have been around each other for so long now. :-)
Cor - i wish we could do quads and Segways as exercise each day! How cool would that be?!
Ooo we quite fancy Raglan rd! We went there last time but just for a drinkie and then ate at Planet Hollywood but i reckon we will have to try Raglan road as it was your fav!
Looking forward to your weigh in Kim! I love it when you lose!
Ah interesting that FJ is number 3 for you, i thought it might be 1. I cant wait to try it, my top 5 may change after this trip.
Aww bless your cat, they are picky little blighters. What a nightmare she chased your Buzzina! I bet you freaked! Food sound fascinating - i like you posting that each day finding it fascinating!

Right girls im off now. I didnt do the TCP after Natalie said it stung - im a chicken what can i say?! Alex got me a load of sugar free Halls though, not sure they are fab for sore throats but they seem ok. Only trouble is they are full of poloyols which arent doing great things to my insides!
Night night all. Xxxxx

Hi ladies

Had ace session with PT today.. had a really stressful few days and been teary so asked her to let me take it out on the work out. Boy she worked me hard

Then took my mum to Zumba as she is down from Somerset for a few days. She was ace, totally out of time but gave it everything and tried all the moves including the bum shaking etc, and laughed all the way through. After seeing her so upset re nan passing and now dealing with probate this has made my day.

On weight loss front PT took my inches today and despite feeling very bloated (she thinks stress) I have lost 7 inches in 4 weeks. 3 off waist, 2 tummy and 2 bum/hips Really really chuffed.

Better hit the sack as shattered but hope all are well

xx

Sarah, you are doing so well, very proud!

Kel, good move about the TCP I would say, the smell lingers for days too! It's awesome stuff but stings a cut bad enough let alone a raw throat!

Liz, so pleased to hear about your dress, your hardwork is paying off and I think your new back sounds lovely and a lot more flexible for someone losing weight. It's getting so close!

Kim, well done you for sticking, we're all so pleased! Can't believe the sound of those bruises! Sounds awful!

Just a quick post as off to work soon - had an awful night's sleep, struggled to get off last night, kept hearing doors slamming downstairs, Buttons was angry as I didn't let him out last night as I was out so he was biting his cage and stamping his feet, and I just wasn't feeling tired (but in fairness, I keep putting Glee on at bedtime and I never want to stop watching it when it's on so I must stop that! ) so didn't fall asleep til 12.30 or maybe after...up at 6.20am so not good! Sleepy! And got work tomorrow too!

Oh well, best get energised as have a busy day at work, walking both ways, running later and work tomorrow!

Went over my points last night by 7, not disastrous, could definitely have been worse! Not feeling hungry this morning as we ate quite late (8pm!) so feeling full and blucky taste so got some pineapple to take into work (1/2) and sandwich (3.5) for lunch and then crispbakes (6) and sweetcorn (1/2) and ketchup (1) for dinner. Low points today to make up for yesterday (total 11.5 + icelolly pudding). Like I said, running tonight and then got to do the cleaning before Matt gets home..busy busy

Kel, hope you're feeling better! xx

Morning!

I'm not at all pleased this morning! WI'd as usual and had put 1lb on, thought it was strange so wighed again and gave me a different reading, it total it's given me 6 different readings, all with at least 1.5lb difference! Ross has said for me to go back to the wii fit, so i'll be digging that out in the morning! Really annoyed cause i wont have accurate weight loss this week!

Rach, cant believe Jacob is 1! It certainly has been a great year for you! Jewellery sounds lovely! I've never thought to look in avon so i might have a wee peak!

Nats, sorry you didn't get a good nights sleep! i find tv always wakes me up, i was nearly watching it last night, went to bed just after 9 and ross was going to come through and watch the mentalist, but the tv wasn't working so he went back to the living room, which was good for me cause i must have just fell straight asleep! Was rea;;y tired right enough!

Kel what were you thinking? You know you need to rest or it'll just linger for longer! No more until its better!

Nehoo... i better go! Its friday everybody! Yeah! No plans for me this weekend other than food shop and relaxing, cant wait not had a quiet one for ages!

Morning ladies.
Kel - hope your chest has eased up and throat is not so sore. Don't exercise when ill you crazy lady. Gone carbtastic with food for this weekend, so that won't be a problem! I didn't know that William had said that to Kate's Dad - brilliant. They come across as very normal and down to earth people him and Kate. Thank you for the kind words on what I've achieved. Will be pleased once it fits properly. We did Raglan Road, (with Parents) when I first went and loved it. Polyols aren't great are they - why can't an alternative be found.

Rach - bless Lucy, she sounds adorable. They do say some funny things, don't they. Come out and sound all grown up and sensible sometimes. Thanks for the nice words

Nat - hope you're not too drained today. It's horrible when you don't get a good night's sleep isn't it. Although I have a funny image of an indignant Buttons stamping his feet! What happens if you go over on points, do you just claw back from other days?

Kim - Enjoy your quiet weekend. Shame about the cr*ppy scales. Maybe post when you get an accurate figure tomorrow.

Was sad this morning as one of my very closest friends called yesterday to say that she might not make the hen as her dog was really poorly. She took her to the vets last night and then text me this morning to say that she'd not made it. Am sad so for her. She was such a gorgeous little girl and I know how heartbreaking it is to lose an animal. It was her favourite, so I can't begin to imagine how she's feeling today. Just feel so emotional for her. Going to get her a card when I go out and send it her.

Anyway, better get on and pack. Have lists coming out of my ears. Tesco shop last night was monstrous. Dan put all the heavy drinks in the car for me, but still got loads of fridge items. I panic I'll forget things.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone. Heard the weather was going to be VERY warm apparently. xxx

Morning girls

I'm still rough as a tree bark (made that one up all by my lonesome and thought it was nicer than a badgers... ) and have no voice! I really do think Alex is enjoying this far too much. Today we are both working from home and so its nice to have Dr Alex with me today. He just baking me some of my low GI scones but without raisins () so that at least if I'm eating carbs they are good ones. No exercise for me today I promise, I know how stupidly foolish of me that was and I suffered for it last night with a tight chest all night and frequent wakes throughout the night where I was struggling to breathe (I sleep with my mouth open and it was getting very dry and sore). Alex says after work we are going to have an 'Orlando' day to cheer me up so we are going to get some dollars, get the mapmans map, do some packing, do the online Alamo check in and watch some holiday DVDs. I do love how excited he is right now about the holiday but I'm struggling to share it as I'm feeling precious diet time slip away from me and feeling like crap, I'm struggling to get excited. I wouldn't want to go if it was today! Anyway enough about me waffling on!

Natalie - sorry to hear you had a rough night hun, its awaful that when you are trying to sleep. I hate feeling like you are about to drop off and then your mind starts wirring or you hear a noise. Very annoying. I must admit, and meant to say yesterday actually but forgot, hope you are good at your sisters! I'm beginning to think your sis is a feeder, lol, you always seem to go over when with her and based on what you dad said to you the other day I'm guessing it might be cause she can overeat herself?! Hopefully it wasn't too bad - what did you eat in the extra 7 points though? I'm hoping you can run it off, thats the beauty of exercise, it covers a lot of sins. Also, great approach with the adjustment of points today too, spot on, you have this stuff down girl! (LOL, how ghetto am I?!)
Awww poor little Buttons rabbit! I can imagine him too, little fluff ball of anger, stomping his feet. I have Thumper in my head now...
Hope work is ok, enjoy your run today, do a bit extra from me will you. OO forgot to say, I tried fresh pineapple the other day for the first time - was very nice actually, not at all tangy like in the tins, was quite impressed. Its 69p in Aldi at the moment for a whole pineapple - bargain.

Kim - Oh, Kim, please stop this silly daily weigh ins. You know what I'm going to say, 6 different readings? Never! This is EXACTLY why you should only do week to week weighs. Are you following this diet to the lette?r because if you aren't then drop the daily weigh ins for your own sanity. You've only really just started back on this diet and I don't want you to get muddled or disheartened by stupid inaccurate daily weigh ins. Alex is sat next to me right now and he's saying exactly the same, no point to daily weigh ins and no other diet plan would encourage you to do this - WW, SW, Biggest Loser - all weekly weigh ins... Be careful also with the Wii fit, they are notorious for inaccurate readings, its rare they are correct - in fact didn't you discover this yourself which is why you bought the scales? The are normally always reading lower than your actual weight.
Anyway thats the last I'm going to say on this but I'll stress to you please only really pay attention to your Monday to Monday ones, thats what matters ok hun.
Glad to hear you have a quiet weekend, that a brilliant thing for you to be able to relax and just concentrate on your health.

Liz - Oh, hun, I am so sorry to hear of your friends loss. I cannot begin t imagine how hard that is for her, its so sad when you lose a furry baby. Its such bad timing for it to happen with the hen do so close but I can understand her not wanting to go and celebrate when she feels so heartbroken, I am so sorry for her and you. Try and not let it get to you hun as I know how losses like this affect you too, you only get one hen do and its important you enjoy it.
Glad to hear you have a carbolicious weekend planned! When is it all kicking off? Whats the schedule of events? Right, thats enough recommendations for me for Raglan road, think we'll deffo have to pay a visit. Great news about the weather being warm, that will just add to the fab time you'll have! Its over cast and a tad gloomy here so not convinced its going to be nice oop north but I'm happy to sacrifice the northern weather so its nice where you are! Gosh, I'm so excited for you! I simply can't wait to see you pics! When is Dan having his stag do and where?
Take care ok - no drunken misbehaviour! Well, ok, maybe a little as it is your hen do!

Rach - Awww bless Lucy, they are such great kids Rach, you should be very proud. Oh I love spiderman too, what an awesome ride! I do like Rock n rollercoaster as well but it has a tendancy to bang my head a bit and so I fell out with it last time, but ToT, OMG I love ToT, its the one ride that ALWAYS scares the heebie jeebies out of me every time from the min I get in the queue. Thats Alex's favorite ride.mmm I love the cinnamon rolls too, they are mahoosive in the Main street bakery too!

Sarah - well done on your training and exercise and well done on your losses, thats pretty fabulous and you must feel amazing. Bless your mum and I'm sorry to hear about your nan, I didn't know she'd passed away, its always hard to lose a loved one, my thoughts are with you and your family.

Righto girls off to do some work, hope everyone has an awesome weekend. Take care and be good. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I can confirm that the low GI scones are yummy without rasins too for those of us who aren't partical to dried fruit.

Alex is also going to cook the oat biccies using nuts instead of fruit now -I still won't like them as I still don't like oats and not sure how he'd do low GI oat biccies without oats!
