What do you look for in a villa?

Our preferences for a villa are -
on hwy 27, anywhere from the junction with I4 up to 5 miles north on the 192, got the car so not too bothered about being on the Disney doorstep
south or south west facing pool with Jacuzzi is a definite bonus
toilet immediately of pool deck
will take either 3,4, or up to 5 bed depending on deal and all other requirements being satisfied
all associated furnishings and services, wifi, tv, fridge/freezer, etc
DW will not entertain a living area without a carpet

When I bought my villa. and now when i book a break down on the coast..i look first for location and position..like to be relatively private and have a good relaxing view..
then comfort ..giant luxurious bed...comfy seating ..and round the pool...no sticky seats!
Ceramic tile thruout except bedrooms..generally nice decor and well equipped with what I need ...

TV in bedrooms (as son needs his own space)
