Could have being fobbing me off, but CM told me Disney have been having problems with the ISP. Something to do with lines.

Rumour is they are in the process of changing a few things.

I had a lot of trouble with mine especially in MK as it kept cutting out. I was wandering around Fantasy Land waving my phone in the air, trying not to fall over children and strollers and to not swear at the same time! It kept saying strong connection, then saving the connection instead of connecting it which was tipping me over the edge...

Maybe they ought to do what Disney Cruise Line do with Navigator.

It can be up and down, In found the worst park AK, but it was a bit erratic in other parts too mind you.

I use it for Facebook to be fair when in parks.

Never had any problems in the years we have been using it. Always get a strong signal everywhere in the parks.
Maybe you need to re-align the power coupling of your cellular communications device. (reboot your phone) or maybe if you have an iPhone, then try something better lol. (My Android always has a better signal than my sons iPhone).

Nothing to do with the devices. It's the service and Disney themselves say so.

For the amount of people using the service I thought it was amazing. Some dead spots but generally spot on.

wiFi was garbage in MK on the 22nd Nov. To the point where i got guest services to match any FP's we had on all our families tickets (every time we went to link it dropped out and did it 5 times whilst they tries on our devices) they ended up giving us all 3 open fps for use on anything but 7dwarfs mine.

it can be patchy and poor in restaurants

what you need to do is get higher

best place for wifi is on the TofT nice and high
also the big stone thing in epcot where the 3 amigos ride is (go right to the top)
