Stuck in the Tower of Terror
|
Like some of the others have said - individually packed chocolate like that from Ghirardelli and bars of paydays, 3 musketeers, etc have been fine in hold.
However, I would recommend any of their boxed choccies, like juniors mints, milk duds, etc, are better in the cabin as they get squished and ruined in the hold. Be mindful that if you get any Disney sweets... Especially any that are little balls, your bag will likely get searched, not that it's an issue. But last year at security, we had some in our cabin bag and waited about 45mins for a TSA agent to search it as it was changeover time and well to be honest, jobsworths galore... No one else seemed to be waiting this long but it certainly got me riled up as we were special assistance/disability queue. As for your candles, I've bought cute hand soaps home before and they were all good. If you're concerned, you could always put a few towels in freezer the night before to wrap them in and keep them cool. 😁 |
