Also weighing yourself? I purposely have never bought scales...

I am trying to be good, but I've injured my knee running so struggling to do anything high impact. (yoga and pilates mainly)
Considering it now as with be traveling for a while so easier to follow.
Thanks
It is a lot of weighing food, as the weights are tailor made for you. You do need to weigh yourself at the start of the programme and at the end of each 30day cycle but he encourages people to stay off the sad step as he calls it. It’s all about turning the fat into lean muscle, along with feeling healthy and fit.

There is a lot of high impact exercises but some can be adjusted, if your worried maybe try out a pe with Joe and it’s similar to what we do. I have Achilles tendinitis and I’m coping ok with it.

Ah well. Not for me. Can't be bothered with weighing stuff. And I have no intention of buying scales for the bathroom. Quite like the sad step 😂

I have done a fair few of his YouTube videos. I like them but do go at my own pace as physically can't always move that fast. 😂😂 Plus he like lunges and burpees which are a problem with my knee.

Oh well. I'll. Carry on and just try to be good😂
