Floridays Resort Fees?

Having a real good look at Floridays. Is it a $25 per night resort fee? also I noticed it said a $50 per night deposit as well? Is that correct? I'm not sure i like that!

Booked it myself for July, I knew about the resort fee(pretty sure it was $15 per night tho) but he $50 per night was new to me. No mention f it when I booked it last year, but did noticed when I looked at Decembers prices.

I noticed it in the small print at the bottom on a couple of places that I've used to compare prices. Only a deposit but that's quite a big hold on a CC when you check in if your staying a while.
