New Magic Bands for On Site Guests?

Hi everyone

we are staying on site in July and trying to order one of the special magic bands that have recently become available, but I keep getting the message "We are unable to complete your request"?

Is anyone else having this problem, or am I doing something wrong?

Look forward to receiving any advice you may have

It is a bit glitchy at the moment, I would probably give it a week or so and try again, still plenty of time for you.
