So we were let down by the company we were going to book with. Apparently, the algorithms changed and the price went up to £5000. We were then about to book a villa on Solterra but DH said to keep looking as wanted something a bit closer.

Have now found and booked a lovely villa on Windsor Hills

That is around what I would expect to pay on a decent 4 bedroom Villa on an estate (as opposed to a resort) with small pool on Holidaylettings.co.uk. and I go most years. £600 a week plus pool heating.

We have stayed at Indian creek 2013 & 2015, booked a town house next October at storey lake due to the complex facilities & location, think we paid approx $1800 for 12 nights.

We stayed at Storey Lake in Sep/Oct last year and absolutely loved it! We paid around £2000 for two weeks which was for a four bed villa with splash pool,so given yours is bigger with full size pool and for 3 weeks I would say this is what I would expect.

Its a great resort, we will definitely be returning!

ETA - sorry just seen your recent post saying you have booked elsewhere!

We stay at reserve at town centre overlooking the lake and 4 weeks in a 4 bed villa is £1200 plus refundable deposit.
So yes that sounds a bit much

I would say expensive, anything more than £1000 per week is too much for accommodation especially factoring in the price of tickets, food etc.

Have stayed in 5 bedroom at Windsor Palms, old development but perfect and well kept.
Paid circa £800 per week.
