Hey where's my commission for starting this?

I use a grill and a slow cooker. I don't have an oven. If you once have slow cooked chicken instead of roasted you will never roast one again
I discovered today that if you cut the rind off your pork chop and put it back on the grill for a few minutes you get home-made scratchings all crispy and fluffed up

A new suggestion is a Kamado grill for the garden, just got one and they are amazing. May start another thread. They’ll be very big shortly.

Is the Elite worth the extra money over the plus? (it's like £75.00 more)
If you join the Tefal mailing club you get 25% off. I ordered the optigrill plus last week after seeing this post . £76 which seems to be a bargain price.

Thanks for the heads up, I haven't ordered yet so will definitely take a look at this!

To those of you who have an optigrill , where do you store it?
It looks quite bulky

Just a heads up that Amazon have the Optigrill Elite on sale now for £134.00, down from £189.99.

Glad I haven't pulled the trigger yet, but now I definitely will!

Mine came last night, only used it this morning for square sausage, and lunch, a panini with crispy bacon, cheese and onion. Very impressed with it so far, can't wait to do steaks in it.

I'm so glad I ordered mine, it does a mean panini and my sandwich maker is now redundant! Today's lunch on stone baked Italian rolls, ham, cheese, onion and mayo. Love that you just press how you want them done and leave them to it. Can't wait to do steak tomorrow on it.
