Mobile Joe Wicks - 90 day plan

I was wondering if anyone is currently doing this plan. I started just over 4 weeks ago and the cravings are hard. If anyone is doing this then maybe we could help each other through it!

im not doing it however my brother and his wife are and so far it has really helped them, they excersize daily and follow a strict food routine too.

brother loves his sweet stuff but my SIL is keeping him in check lol.

keep up the good work and take each day as it comes, I had to cut down all sweet stuff when I was diagnosed with T1 diabetes and it was bloody hard but I just replaced sweets with fruit and water and now I have minimal amounts as and when I need,

good luck xx

I did my new measurements today and I have lost 4.5kg and 8 inches off my body in 30 days. My digestion feels so good compared to what it felt like before. I feel so healthy alive. This is spurring me on at the moment. My dh is good as he’s doing it too and keeping me in check 🤣

Well done!I purchased the plan with intent to start cycle one back in January.I have more or less stuck to the principles but not followed the plan if that makes sense.Back at beginning of March I started a really good gym/fitness regime to coincide with it and felt great, but due to lockdown and having to homeschool the kids I feel like I am losing my fitness despite doing 5 Hiits a week☹️

It really is difficult with kids. I’m lucky that my two are 12 and 7 so the older one keeps an eye on the younger one for us.

Can I ask with this. Does it involve weighing food? And buying more expensive for? (I mainly go to aldi)
Also weighing yourself? I purposely have never bought scales...

I am trying to be good, but I've injured my knee running so struggling to do anything high impact. (yoga and pilates mainly)
Considering it now as with be traveling for a while so easier to follow.
Thanks
