Surgical procedure - which one?
With no holidays for a while, I am considering spending the money on a surgical procedure. I am torn between the following:

1) Hair transplant

2) Chin(s) removal

3) A body part enlargement (I won't say what part - but only men have one of them).

Any advice welcome?

I may be a little naive but why on earth are you considering an Adam's apple enlargement?

I guess I am a bit of a shrinking violet, and perhaps having confidence coaching sessions could help bring me out of my shell a bit.

Mick, it's not my adam's apple that I want enlarged, in fact the problem is that my adam's apple looks even bigger than the body part that needs enlarging

I would say chin unless you have a micro Ding a ling then get that done. My dh is skinny but has got a turkey neck and it ages him but his ding a ling is adequate!
