That’s brilliant.

She was being patient and waiting as they told her it would be 60 days, but that’s past now. She chased it up and they said it would now be up to 120 days, so she’s doesn’t want to wait in case they go pop.

Low and behold a cheque arrived for her this morning refunding in full.

just hijacking the thread slightly,I am trying to get back some money back for a relative who booked a shearings break,the break was for £266 ish and £22.80 had been paid on the credit card, I was trying to claim full amount back from the credit card because she had paid with a combination of vouchers,cash and credit card we have had no response but today the £22.80 is back on her card does this mean thats it,or will they still investigate further?

You will have to phone them and ask.

The £22.80 is easier for them to refund as they can chargeback that amount, the rest would needs to be an s75 claim - call them and remind them they are liable for the whole purchase

I did put at the bottom of the claim I was claiming under s75,I cant remember exact wording but I got it from the martin lewis website,I will give them a few more days and then start chasing them,because I have had no offical contact from them to explain the £22.80
