Confirmation when booking the bubble

So n wednesday morning I was able to book Dibbers row (yay! ) and on the payment page it said I would recieve an email confirmation.
I haven't.
The seats are showing on my booking and I printed out the payment page, do I need to request a confirmation email or do I not need one?

I don’t remember getting a confirmation email either but I always do a print screen for my own records.

But it’s worth noting that even though you’ve paid for these seats you can still be moved for ‘operational reasons’ it’s just happened to friends of ours at the airport... they weren’t overly pleased. 😳

Can't wait for our bubble seats next feb. Dont remember an email but it shows on our booking and im pretty sure i did a screen shot too.
Hope there aren't an operational reasons leading to our seats being changed. Did they get a refund on the extra cost of the bubble seats?

Yes still sat together and a refund will be issued. Unfortunately just one of those things

No not closed, and no explanation given. Just one of those things, they actually took it quite well I suppose ultimately they’re going to Florida

We've not had an email either, like you we just print off the confirmation from the website.

It might be one of those over booking the flight errors and the other party booked first?

I’ve booked the bubble for next August. It just says on my flight booking ‘upper deck’ and the seat number plus the price it cost me to book the seat. Should I have something else as well?
