Our day at Hollywood Studios
We arrived for opening it was a bit stressful with folks trying to get to Slinky Dog as we were with our not yet 3 year old grandson and staying on the campground we’d split our FPs to suit him so had
Slinky Alien Sauscers TSM also star tours we’d booked fantastic but the weather looked iffy so cancelled them DH did ToT got on the Day and AS Didn’t apart from rope drop have any que jumping Or pushing gds loved all but he’s most certainly his Grampa boy He loved the launch pad meet and greets even telling the characters I’d destroyed Grampa Falcon Yes I’m never going to live down destroying his Lego Falcon Lightning McQueen was an other big hit especially as when we took him to the car show at Old Town our neighbour who shows his muscle car and classic car gave him a die cast Lightning and we transferred the car seat so he could do the cruise We did a lot more and found it less crowded than MK but that will no doubt not be the case when Star Wars opens We ate in the ABC and they were great Gds loved the chicken sandwich but hates fries so he got extra fruit when we said please don’t even put them on the plate He did have one moment at the muppets cause Chip and Dale weren’t there took us a minute to work out but his first trip first park was HS first pic Him with chip, and dale just by muppets Our rating 4 again as has been said by others lack of shade in Toy Story area which got to us all Gs white blonde me I’ve Lupus and DH as he was concerned for us both as our FPs were over a period of 2 hours because we’d split them We have another Adrenalin junkie in the making |

I have to agree with the no shade comment as with all that concrete it does make it very hot.

Sounds like you had a good day, bet you are all tired now.
Thanks for the report, we didn't managed to get into HS on our last trip and the last time we were there, there was too much building works going on. Melvin and Lesley

Sounds a great day - did have a giggle at the Lego destruction being brought up again
Great to know you have an adrenaline junkie in the making, it will involve many more Florida visits though! Good call on lack of Toy Story shade Have a great time with your grandson
