We stayed in Homewood Suites at Liberty Station last July and we had a few restaurants within walking distance and a few more a very short drive away at Liberty Station.

It wasnt fancy but we were there over 4th July and decided to opt for Liberty Station over Shelter Island due to the madness of the holiday crowds. It was also half the price.

We would definitely consider that area again.

Crikey that is way more than we paid, although We visited at October half term. I am just wondering if they is an event on at the Conference centre which is next to it as that might be pushing the price up.
If you are looking at booking, it is well worth paying the extra for a bay room with a balcony. The view is spectacular.

We stayed at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, it was excellent and the views were incredible. It’s situated on the waterfront next to Seaport Village and the USS Midway and a 10 minute walk to the Gaslamp Quarter. Tons of restaurants and cafes just a few steps away from the hotel.
